The physical fitness movement continues to grow because of the acknowledgement that we have become an increasingly obese society. Additionally, the organic foods movement has grown because of our new understanding the negative implications of eating processed, non-organic foods. So, what’s next?
The mental health movement. The ability to choose happiness and compassion is what will take us from a stressed out and depressed society to a society where we accept responsibility for our lives and actively choose to participate in living purpose driven lives, filled with love and prosperity.
