Milwaukee's Revenge

When an innocent young couple from rural Wisconsin is attacked by a group of thugs, Detective Jack Owens takes it upon himself to do what is right in the midst of riots and rising political pressure. The race between a police officer putting his job on the line and a man out for revenge ensues. The question becomes: Are they on the same course?
