your average gen-x’er working through healing and growing past a bumpy childhood and years of aha moments. Now a middle aged mom , not yet empty nester doing my best to
be able to say that I raised my kids with as little childhood trauma as possible. I share my battle with self love and bad decisions to hopefully help others regain a sense of their own personal mental stability.
