This story revolves around a grandmother who suffers from chronic pain and her five grandkids. The GRANDMOTHER gets a surprise visit from her grandkids, who know their grandmother does not feel that well most days. They hope their surprise visit will cheer her up and lead to a bit of fun for everyone during their visit.

AUBREY, ANTONIO, HAILEY, KALIANA, AND PARKER love having fun with the grandmother through visits to her house, adventures they go on, and fun with learning sight words with every visit.

The kids feel all kinds of emotions regarding the grandmother living with chronic pain and talk openly about their feelings. No matter what their visit brings, they all do things to help the grandmother, allowing their visits and adventures to be comforting to her and fun for everyone.
