Coach Shabazz Winning Team

This is a children’s poetry book dedicated to Coach Shabazz and his winning team. In 2009-2010, Coach Shabazz volunteered to coach a team of 8 to 9 female adult players at Fort Sill, Oklahoma post team. He ensured that these players used their talents and pushed them to greatness. Even during games when he only had 5 players against a team of 11 or more, he ensured that they had all the tools they needed to win the game. Many of the players would see the difference in spectator and media support compared to the male basketball team although they did not win their championship game or tournaments. Coach Shabazz winning team was focused and determined to continued to give 100%.
