Falcon's Choice

Passing through a mysterious fortress where an anxious crowd is choosing their ruler by the flight of a falcon, Shena becomes the falcon’s choice, and thus the queen of the Irongate Kingdom.
The startling event prompts a wicked sorcerer to concoct a macabre scheme to annihilate both the new queen and her companion, Kulock. With the help of a vile mummy, she covers the queen’s face with a mask made of fresh crocodile skin; and propels Kulock to his demise in a magical realm.
Kulock survives the death-trap, yet the cursed mask on Shena’s face does not come off by any tools or any means… and it is drying fast!
