I will introduce you to different types and styles of fitness and see what appeals to you, or at the very least, figure out what you are WILLING to do. You can start slow and grow at your own pace. You don’t have to be a badass, but you do have to move your ass…a little. But if you want to be a badass, you can totally do that, too.
We’ll approach meal planning, which is just a fancy way of saying “diet,” and find something that will work for you. If you want to enjoy an ice cream cone on a Saturday night, you’re not a cheater, you’re NORMAL! You just can’t have one EVERY night. I’ll teach you different plans and you can pick which one works for you. You do have to pick one though, I can’t do all the work for you.
